The organisers of Shetland Wool Week have announced plans for an in person event this year, Casting On Shetland Wool Week 2022. Taking place from Saturday 24th September through to Sunday 2nd October 2022, the event will be a scaled back version of the usual event with plans to deliver a full Shetland Wool Week in 2023.
