KnitPro have launched a new interchangeable knitting needle gift set ahead of Mother’s Day. The J’adore gift set is a longer lasting luxury alternative to chocolates and flowers for the knitting Mum.
The gift set includes 6 sizes of Cubics interchangeable needle tips (lavender coloured wood in an ergonomic square shape) in sizes 4.0, 4.5, 5.0, 5.5, 6.0 and 8.0mm. These are all neatly stored on a removable board.
Accompanying the needle tips are three memory-free stainless-steel cables in 60, 80 and 100cm lengths, 4 cable end caps, 2 cable keys, one set of cable connectors and 20 heart shaped amour metal stitch markers.
Everything is stored in a plush velvet case with room to spare and the whole lot arrives neatly package in a cardboard box. The only plastic packaging was a single small bag containing all the accessories.
The J’adore gift set is so far only available to pre-order from KnitPro stockists but is due out imminently. Mother’s Day in the UK, Sunday 27th March, is more than a month earlier than it is pretty much everywhere else – Sunday 8th May.
When the gift set arrived I put aside the sock I’m knitting for my husband and immediately cast on something new with the new needles. A more in depth review will follow.
