Gathered and Simply Knitting‘s free Touch of Texture Blanket knit-along is in week 5. Each week for 7 weeks Gathered are sharing four new stitch patterns for the textured blanket designed by Ann Franklin.

They’re not insisting you use their yarns but that you tag and share progress with them and the pattern designers on social media. They’re also hoping you’ll show off your creations at Buxton or The Wool Monty.
West Yorkshire Spinners have a new Springtime Blanket knit and crochet along designed by Chloe Elizabeth Birch in Elements DK starting on 20th March when patterns will be available to download for free.
