Easyknits have a new DK weight yarn, Dandly Lux and a new batch of Bounteous, another DK weight yarn, in this week’s shop update.
DANDLY LUX – Dandy is our standard Bluefaced Leicester (BFL) yarn base, which those of you who’ve worked with it, will know it is robust, strong and yet soft at the same time, a real sturdy yarn that lasts and lasts and knits with such beautiful stitch definition and handle it really is a great yarn. Today I’m so excited to introduce you all to Dandy LUX, a double knit, springy-twist version of our Dandy base, blended with 70% BFL, 20% Silk and 10% Cashmere and offering 200m per 115g skein, this yarn is truly beautiful, it feels strong yet soft, it has a firm handle yet delicate soft feel at the same time, and has the added lustre of silk to make any project shine.
