Science, not fluff – Reading University study about knitting/crochet and wellbeing

Researchers from the School of Psychology and Clinical Language Sciences, at the University of Reading are conducting a study about knitting and crochet and wellbeing, Science, not fluff.

In this project, we are interested in the relationship between the practice of knitting, mental health and wellbeing. We would like to understand whether knitting has an effect on psychological dimensions, like depressionanxiety and stress, and how this is linked with the way we pay attention to our environment.

The survey takes about 10-15 minutes and requires focus and lack of distractions.
